We called the Callaways after a poor experience with a realtor trying to sell our house. After three months of no progress, we learned that we should have started the Callaways. JoAnn and Joseph came over to the house and immediately put our minds at ease that selling our house was going to be OK.

Michael worked diligently to help me find the perfect house only to hear "no, this wouldn't work" many, many times. He never gave up, and yes we did find the perfect house for us.

The family that chose to purchase our house was blessed with challenging personalities (to say the least), and unfortunately, Those Callaways were put to the text. Kelly did more behinds-the-scenes work than we will ever know. She helped us make sure all the repairs were done and had all her trusty "fixit" people there before we could even get a call out. Additionally, when Kelly couldn't make it out to the house for one of our tragedies, someone else was there without even blinking an eye.

As the closing came closer and closer I was on the phone to the Callaways office multiple times a day and always was greeted with a kind and courteous voice.

Our buyer did everything in his power to make the closing of our house unpleasant. He challenged everything and anything he could throw at the Callaway Team and you were always there to handle each and every issue (and we know there were many!). Again, the behind the scenes work continued and I'm sure it was more than we realize. But rest assured, our entire family appreciates it more than you know.

We are completely moved into our new house now and couldn't be happier. Our girls love all the space in the backyard and their new playroom. Furthermore, we accomplished our main goal, which was to get our new son's bed out of the family room and into his own room. We really loved our old house and made the change due to our growing family; now we realize how much we love this house. My new favorite saying is "Let the decorating begin!"

This letter is directed to each and every one of you working under the respected name of "Those Callaways," a name much deserving of its reputation. I just have to make mention to each I have encountered for one reason or another that our experience both as a seller and a buyer was a very pleasant surprise.

As most assume, the process of selling a home from start to finish is and will be cumbersome to say the least. I will admit there were a few surprises as to the process your agency sets in play upon the listing commitment however, the reasoning behind the steps involved were obvious from the start. As well, the system answers the many questions that present themselves prior to the time and date of one's Open House. Ultimately, the sale itself becomes just one of the final steps, once again a pleasant surprise.

The personnel I mention last for the mere fact they are the best. Because of Maggi, Donna, Kelly, and please forgive me if I fail to mention anyone, for without a doubt they are all contributors to your agency's success. The personal attention and pleasant manner in which each identified their position within the agency's chain of command, made all the difference in the world. No surprises, No misunderstandings which in turn produced No mistakes, as we all know are costly in some way or another. Your company is a model to be followed and I will always preach the difference from this day forward to anyone considering a future sell or buy for themselves or friends.

In closing, please allow me to make special mention of Gail and April the "Stagers" you sent as Part One of the process. They as entrepreneurs were most expressive as to why they were standing in my kitchen and they were personable enough for me to automatically follow their lead, question little as to why we were switching furniture and boxing clutter. Within two days and twenty hours, I was sleeping that night at some resort, couldn't get over the feeling "it wasn't our house; we were in someone else's home." I stared at the difference before turning off each room light. I can't say much more than that. As women and female, they should be immensely proud of themselves and the message they send as both, they as quality people shown through the work they do.

Both of us want to say thank you and tell you how much we appreciated working with you on the sale of our home. We can't tell you how much we appreciated every detail, from start to finish, that you provided and smooth everything went. We couldn't have asked for anything better. Just to let you know the realtor who represented the buyer gave you a wonderful compliment also and said she doesn't often do that in today's world, but she thought everyone within your organization was very professional and courteous.

I am sending you an informal letter of appreciation for reasons I have made mention several times prior throughout the many conversations we have had. Unfortunately, when compliments are made as part of conversations their importance seems to dilute the intention of the mention. So, I send this note as the start of your day to remind you just how much we appreciate both you and Joseph.

We have to admit you're this year's welcomed bombshell. As we get older every year it seems our senses dim, we take little notices to the people placed in our paths because more often than not, they try little to make an impression, because they don't have to. I usually expend as little energy myself on people these days. I do what I say and what you see is what you get. My rule of thumb is to try my best to throw bits of humor to each, in hopes of leaving them with a positive impression, my insurance they will pick up the phone the next time I may come calling or one reason or another. Until you.

You Joann, first and foremost shine bright as a woman. You as a person silently send a message by your forthright nature in which you conduct yourself and all those under your wing. You exude strength and prove the power of inner drive dictated by honesty.

You always shoot straight from the hip leaving little question as to your expectations of those fortunate enough to meet you, makes people want to get to know you and as well you automatically instill the needed trust of your knowledge that benefits them, regarding they take notice to such importance. That my fine lady is some accomplishment in today's world of personal living and even more rare in the realm of today's business. You as a person inspire me.

In closing, I will always remember my predetermined impression and persona I had of the Joann Callaway I confirmed an appointment with and soon to stand at my front door. No hair up in a French twist, no seam lined stockings and heels, laden with perfume, offering nothing but a junk yard dog effort to sell our house. Instead, a real woman, warm to the core. The JoAnn who compliments her husband's presence and contribution to her goals as an equal partner of their shared success so greatly deserved because you earned it together through joint efforts.

So, friends we will always be and hope you always know just how respected you both are in our eyes and will always boast in pride that we got the chance to know you both.
